Dr. Kassy is on a mission to decrease stress, enhance joy, and fortify the success of early childhood professionals in their critical work shaping young minds. Drawing on over 20 years of experience in roles such as classroom teacher, Head Start director, curriculum and instructional coordinator, college professor, and consultant, Dr. Kassy brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to every session.
Her approach is rooted in early childhood studies and real-life strategies that make a positive impact on educators, children, and families alike. Each powerful session is thoughtfully designed to meet educators where they are, often feeling burned out or overwhelmed, and reignites their passion with dynamic energy, infectious enthusiasm, and engaging storytelling that vividly brings proven strategies to life.
